These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PathwiseAI LLC. PathwiseAI LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
AI Future Clarity provides AI-powered career guidance for parents of school-age children. Our services include:
Reports and content generated by AI Future Clarity are informational in nature and do not constitute professional career, educational, psychological, or legal advice. Our reports are produced using artificial intelligence and are intended to support informed parental decision-making — not to replace the guidance of qualified educational consultants, career counsellors, psychologists, or other licensed professionals.
Parents should use AI Future Clarity reports as one input among many when making decisions about their child's education and career direction. PathwiseAI LLC accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on the content of our reports.
The AI Career Roadmap is available for purchase at the price stated at the time of order. Subscription products are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. PathwiseAI LLC does not store your payment card details.
Your purchase grants you a non-transferable licence to access and use the guidance for personal, non-commercial purposes relating to your own child's education and career planning.
Subscription plans (Navigator Programme) are billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal or by emailing hello@aifutureclarity.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel, your access and guidance history remain available until the end of the paid period.
We stand behind the quality of our guidance. If your AI Career Roadmap does not deliver on what your AI Career Snapshot promised, you may request a full refund by replying to your delivery email within 7 days of receiving your Roadmap. No other refund scenarios apply. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your privacy is important to us. The information you provide through our career profile is used solely to generate your child's personalised guidance and manage your subscription. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Anonymised, aggregated data may be used to improve our services and develop future products, with your consent.

All content, guidance, branding, career profile questions, methodology, and technology associated with AI Future Clarity are the intellectual property of PathwiseAI LLC. The name "AI Future Clarity" and associated branding are the proprietary trade names of PathwiseAI LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathwiseAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our reports. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming.
